discuss your ideas and concerns about your home renovation in your home. What is the design problem? (Is your mother-in-law moving in? Do you want a real Entry? Does your Kitchen work the way your family does? How to work with the Planning Department? Is your house dark, drafty or without a view? Could your house function better? Do you have special acoustical issues?  Do you have any images of what you like from magazines, books or the web?

You can request that a General Contractor come along, as well.

If you like working with us and want to make this project real, you hire us and that information is incorporated into your project; we start where we left off. If you want to wait or hire another architect (you won’t!),  you walk away with a sketch, a list of possibilities and more information about your ideas.

Fee: paid in advance or at time of first meeting, varies depending on the complexity of the project.
